Mosaique Beach Resort Taba Heights

Locked between the gulf and the Sinai Mountains, this luxury hotel presents you with a private beach, large pool scene and fun-packed activities under the sun, for a memorable vacation. This property is located 40 km from Taba Airport and 20 km from Taba Border.

Mosaique Beach Resort Taba Heights is influenced by traditional Egyptian architecture and is an all-inclusive property with 2 main restaurants with themed buffets and 8 swimming pools including heated pool, sea water pool, children's pool and a hot tub. It also includes a poolside snack bar and an Asian speciality restaurant.

The Southern Sinai Peninsula is excellent for water sports. You can enjoy kayaking, waterskiing, and boat paddling, as well as many more activities in the sea. It also includes a kid's club.

Egypt, you keep surprising me

We loved everything. The location is very amazing between the mountains and the sea and you get to see both views day or night. Swimming pool was very nice with options for cold or warm water. Sea water pool was a nice touch. We also enjoyed unlimited amounts of our favorite drinks from the pool bar. Beach was perfect with calm water and you get to watch marine life within meters distance from the shore. Food was delicious with lots of options from multiple cuisines and the staff were very helpful and well mannered. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abd Elbaki and Mr. Osama from restaurant management for the excellent hospitality and their professionalism. It was our first time and it left a big impression and certainly won’t be our last.

Good place if you bring your own food from home

In general the food was below to military food

In general the hotel is good, you get what you paid. But, when you stay in all-included hotel you expect the served food for 3 meals and also as snack out side of the denning room to be in a minimum level which was not the situation. The food is bad and the service is lousy in side the dinning room, very slow and made our family to eat separately while waiting in the long queue for service. In this kind of vacation, the food is a major part, and therefore it has a main effect on the rate. We didn't pay for a military food but for a higher level. On top of that, the employees who serve the food are doing it without any passion and any level of service culture which also has some impact on our experience. I wish I could recommend on this hotel which has many things to suggest to their visitors, but once this parameter is so problematic, I feel like I can't do it. Better for you to improve this factor.

The hotel is in a good location and the facility overall good. Staff is friendly. The only major weakness is the food- an important item for us.

Wonderful

upon check-in, they offered us the best room for free, which was very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good European and local cuisine, but quite monotonous. A 5-7 day rest is just what you need.

There is not a deep swimming pool, the maximum depth is approximately 1.40 meters. There is also no pier in the sea to the depths, you have to walk knee-deep in water. The lifeguard sits on the shore, quite far from swimming people, which in my opinion is unsafe

Beach is Beutiful Great team, Food is good Hotel and pools are beutiful Massage is great Suits on ground floor goes straight to the pool/ beach

rooms need a bit more attention to details on paint leftovers, etc .AC had dirt on the output, looks like mold. Do not use Tap water or drink any coffee that is made out of it Free beer is only local/Stella, dont take drinks with Ice, as the ice is made of tap water

One star hotel

I like the pools .

I would like to complain about my stay at this hotel , definitely not 5 or 3 start I had to take shower with shoes, since the bathroom and shower had mold everywhere, I came back home last night sick , from breathing that or touching this by mistake, there was black spot everywhere In the shower. The staff is very rude, they want money for every little thing they do for you which is part of their job ! The food was ok I found what to eat since I’m not picky, but they use their food from a day before , bread was very dry . Some of the rooms was ok , but ours wasn’t

The hotel is so beautiful, the location, the mountain, well designed

We stayed there 3 years ago and I can see it is going doing a little, the pool area need immediate attention, the public restroom is so nasty, the bathroom in our rooms smell like sewer we reported that to the reception but they never did anything, the food is below average and not cheap, I think next time we go to Taba we will try another hotel.

Everything is perfect specially staff (Ahmed in the reception mainly) also pool activities are funny and makes good vibes between all of customers .. animation team is super and hard workers.. food is nice at the restaurant,

Food need to be more fresh concerning open buffet in lunch and dinner .. breakfast is nice. Also house keeping need to be observed in cleaning rooms as the don’t give much care in cleaning the rooms .i asked the reception to send them twice and everytime i cleaned the room myself.. . maintenance of the rooms also need to be cared of

the food was OK, not that good.

the room was full of dirt, human hair all over the bath. the tub of the junior suite didn't work, and everything was covered with spots, dirt, and dust. we asked 5 times to clean our room and waited until 23:00 and didn't go to sleep because of that (nobody came). sheets were old and not fresh. avoid this hotel, NOT 5*! (maybe 2)

STAY AWAY.

Nothing to like

Everything. Rude reception staff, old furnitures, ripped towels, broken tanning beds, worst AC I’ve ever had. Didn’t expect much at this price but seriously this hotel is a joke. I can’t believe they call it hotel and not motel. We asked to hang by the pool after check out before our trip back home and they didn’t let us use their towels since we checked out... a joke. STAY AWAY.

Reception staff. Friendly but not profesional . Check in over an hour while reception was empty. Staff not aware of resturaunt time table. We had 4 rooms asked to have late check out for one room only not permitted. Asian restaruant on frisay was very good. Some maintenance problem in rooms tv.aircondition.telephone in some rooms do not work

The view of the hotel, the beach, the mountains of Jordan...

The view of the hotel, the beach, the mountains of Jordan and Saudi Arabia is just amazing. I would go back to this hotel for sure, highly recommended to whoever wants to chill and relax!! The hotel is HUGE, so even though it seemed full in the dinning room, it was very peaceful and we felt alone!

The stuff was very nice and helpful. We felt very welcome and we loved our stay in this hotel! The only thing that bothered me were that the plates and silverware weren’t very clean and that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. Not that these things made our stay less great!

Great view and fabulous food.

All the staffs are very kind and offer great service, but the small shop near reception is crazing because they sell stuffs as crazing price. It costs 3 or 4 times than regular price in Egypt. I asked to hotel by information email address but could not get the answer yet.

The staff is great, very nice people, gentle and kind! Always asking how was everything, doing their best! Loved the kitchen manager Mohamed, very nice all the time! The place is awsome, so beautiful!
